Elderly (elderly) requires daily health care, this is due to a decline in the health of elderly age andrnphysical limitations. Health problems faced by the elderly in the utilization of health services, the rnelderly are less utilize health services. The role of health workers to motivate the elderly to come tornposyandu very necessary. Motivation elderly to come to the neighborhood health center will form a rnbehavior, where the presence of weak motivation weakens the urge within to actively come at anyrnposyandu activities. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of the health rnworker motivation elderly following posyandu activities. rnThis research is analytic research of correlation with cross-sectional research design. The entirernpopulation of the elderly in the village of IHC Elderly Kesamben Puskesmas Kesamben Jombangrnas many as 118 people, the samples in this study were 89 respondents. Sampling simple random rnsampling technique. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rank.rnThe results showed almost half the age of the respondents (38.4%) aged 60 years, and 42.7% had rnelementary education. The role of health workers most respondents stated (59.6%) less cadre role, rnalmost half (34.8%) enough, and a small proportion (5.6%) either. Motivation elderly following therngrowth monitoring sessions the majority of respondents (66.3%) had a negative motivation, andrnnearly half of respondents (33.7%) positive. The test results obtained p value 0.003
