Injection birth control program contraceptive has several negative effects such us amenorea, spotting, queasy, and weight changing. Problem that often appears is bleeding which is not regular and blood spot or great bleeding during several months using Depo Provera. According to the study which is held on April 13, 2014 in Sumobito Village, 15 of 3 months injection birth control program acceptors were proved that 12 acceptors have menstruation problem 2 acceptors have polimenorea, 3 acceptors have amenorea, 4 acceptors have spotting, and 3 others do not have menstruation problem. The goal of this research is to identify the pattern of menstruation of the 3 months injection birth control program acceptors in Sumobito Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency.rn Design of this research is descriptive using survey approach. Variable of menstruation pattern are 3 months injection birth control program acceptors. The population is all women using 3 months injection birth control program more than a year in Sumobito Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency with a number of 80 respondents using Simple Random Sampling and sample with a number of 37 respondents. The instruments used are questionnaire and data analysis used editting, cooding, scooring and tabulating.rn From this research of the cycle of menstruation can be found that 5 respondent (13,5%) have oligomenorea, 18 respondent (48,7%) have amenorea, 8 respondent (21,6%) have hipomenorea, and 6 respondents (16,2%) have spotting.rn The result of this research is that the cycle of menstruation on the birth control program acceptor of the 3 months injection almost half of them got amenorea in Sumobito Village, Sumobito District, Jombang Regency.
