When a woman is pregnant, the inconveniences occur as a result of various factors hormonal changes that occur in pregnant women, as for personal hygiene needs is the most important and highly needed for pregnant women, such as: skin care, breast, teeth and gums and vulva-vaginal. However, there are still many pregnant women are lacking in the implementation of personal hygiene behavior, but good personal hygiene is not going to facilitate the body to various diseases, such as skin diseases, infectious diseases, oral diseases, and gastrointestinal diseases. The lack of such behavior is influenced by many things, such as: culture, science, the environment, economics, body image, personal choice, as well as the physical condition of pregnant women in the implementation of personal hygiene. The purpose of this study is for identify maternal behavior in the implementation of personal hygiene in the village Mangunan of Kabuh, Jombang.rnThe study was conducted in the village Mangunan Jombang District of Kabuh using descriptive designs. The population and the sample used in this study is that all pregnant women who are in the village Mangunan, which amounted to 30 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Instrument used was a questionnaire. In this study, analysis of data using a Cut Off Point. Then the results were tabulated and analyzed previously tested the validity.rnThe results of the study obtain the result that the behavior of pregnant women in the implementation of personal hygiene in the village Mangunan that almost half of respondents have a good behavior as many as 14 (47%) and the majority of respondents who did not behave well, as many as 16 (53%) of respondents.rnThis study has concluded that the majority of respondents have a bad behavior, as many as 16 (53%) of respondents.rnrnKeywords: Behavior, Pregnancy, Personal Hygienernrn
