An anxiety is individual condition or group experience worried (assessment orrnopinion) and autonomic nerve activity in responding to the threats that are not obvious orrnnon-specific. Anxiety is a term that is familiar with the daily life that describe the state ofrnworry, anxiety of uncertainty, fear, unrest and sometimes accompanied by physicalrncomplaints. This study aims to determine the mother's anxiety in the face of teen-agernchildren aged 13-18 yearsrnThis research was a descriptive. The location of this research was conducted inrnthe hamlet of Sepanyul village of Sepanyul district Gudo Jombang regency. Thernpopulation was all mother whose girl adolescent aged 13-18 years in the hamlet ofrnSepanyul village of Sepanyul district Gudo Jombang regency with number of 76 mothers.rnThe samples in this research was a number of 38 respondents, that’s mother whornexperienced an anxiety in facing girls adolescent aged 13-18 years using Simple RandomrnSamplingy techique. While the variables observed in this research was the mother’srnanxiety in facing girls adolescent aged 13-18 years. Data was taken using arnquestionnaire.rnThe result of research obtained shows that from 38 respondents observed werernmostly 26 respondents (68.4%) said normal anxiety.rnBased on the result so the mother’s anxiety in facing girl adolescent aged 13-18rnyears hopefully can be handled, so there will not occur an anxiety. This result isrnrecommended for further research expected to dig more another factors except anxietyrnfactorrnKeywords : anxiety, mother, girl adolescent
