Gymnastics is a program for pregnant mothers and the motion therapy for pregnant women to adapt to changes that are happening to her body so that I could give birth without , mothers complications and healthy babies after childbirth, pregnancy gymnastics is one of the dressing preparations. Based on studies done Advance May 24, 2014 interview conducted by the Rural District Sawiji Jogoroto Regency Jombang on 10 pregnant women trimester I and II only 40% who do gymnastics pregnant and 60% do not do gymnastics pregnant due to mothers feel lazy and afraid of what happened-what in her pregnancy. The aim of researchers is to determine the attitude of pregnant mothers in gymnastics in the Village District Sawiji Jogoroto Jombang.rnDesign researchers use descriptive method with all-trimester maternal population I and II a total of 30 people in the Village District Sawiji Jogoroto Jombang Regency. Sampling techniqui used Total Sampling. Acquisition of date using questionnaires, then if the data using the editing, coding, scoring and tabulator. rnThe results found that the attitude of Mother In Pregnancy Exercise in Rural Sub Sawiji Jogoroto Regency Jombang is a positive attitude total of 12 respondents (45%) and negative attitudes total of 18 respondents (55%).rnConclusion Attitudes Mother In Pregnancy Exercise in Rural Sawiji predominately negative.rnrnKeywords: Attitude, Mother, Pregnancy Exercisern
