Puerperal period is the most important period for health officer to do monitoring alwaysrnabout urinary and defecation after childbirth. Based on preliminary study on 27 Marchrn2014 in Tanggungan village, Kecamatan Gudo, Kabupaten Jombang got that 15rnpuerperal mothers get problem when want to do urinary and defecation after childbirth.rnFrom 15 persons above got 9 puerperal mothers feel afraid, worried, and in pain whenrnwant to do urinary and defecation after childbirth, and 2 mothers don’t do urinary andrndefecation for 2 days after childbirth because they are worried that loose seams, other 4rnpuerperal mothers directly do urinary and defecation after childbirth. The objective ofrnthis research to know level of anxiety of puerperal mother to elimination process inrnTanggungan Village, Kecamatan Gudo, Kabupaten Jombang. Kind of this research isrnDescriptive Survey, Population are all puerperal mothers in Tanggungan Village,rnKecamatan Gudo, Kabupaten Jombang a number of 27 persons, Samples are a part ofrnpuerperal mothers that get anxiety to elimination process. Sampling technique used isrnconsecutive sampling. Data collected by questionnaire, then data managed by editing,rncoding, scoring and tabulating. Its Variable is “Level of anxiety of puerperal mother tornelimination process. Result of research known that level of anxiety of puerperal mother tornelimination process in Tanggungan village, Kecamatan Gudo, Kabupaten Jombang are 9rnrespondents (60%) get level of heavy anxiety, 4 respondents get level of sufficient anxietyrn(27%) and 2 respondents (13%) get level of easy anxiety. Conclusion of “ Level ofrnanxiety of puerperal mother to elimination process in Tanggungan village, KecamatanrnGudo, Kabupaten Jombang” most of them get level of heavy anxiety. So that midwifernmust have important role to give explanation first about urinary and defecation alsornimpact and consequence of urinary and defecation after childbirth and giving KIE andrnmotivating mother to do urinary and defecation after childbirth.rnKeywords : Level of Anxiety, Puerperal Mother, EliminationrnPENDAHULUANrnPada
