Acne is a common problem faced by many people especially teenagers, both male and female. Increase in androgen hormones make teens prone skin against acne problems, stress factors and lack of personal hygiene, especially in the face. This study aims to identify the behavior of adolescents aged 16-18 years about acne treatment with a single variable. Research is a descriptive study with a sample of 35 respondents. Techniques used in sampling using puposive sampling. Samples have met the inclusion criteria (aged 16-18 years, acne and willing to sign informed consent). The collection of fileis used by using the questionnaire enclosed with yes and no answers. The file analysis is done by using a percentage. The results of behavioral tests of students/high school PGRI Kesamben Jombang regarding the behavior of the acne treatment (54,28%) categorized mostly negative (54,28%). Age of majority who suffer from acne are mostly aged 16 years (62,86%), from the source of information obtained almost half get resources from the mass media (Tv, radio, newspapers, internet) (45,71%) and from friend (45,71%). From these results it is expected also in the school to be able to cooperate with the health services to be able to provide a better education regarding personal hygiene, especially hygiene face.rnKey words: Behavior, adolescents, acne
