PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP danrn PERILAKU IBU TENTANG EFEK SAMPING KB IMPLANTrn(Studi di Desa Kedungbetik Kecamatan Kesamben Kabupaten Jombang)

Implant is a contraception contains of levonorgetrel that wrapped by capsule of silastic silicon polidymetri that put under the skin. According to kinds of contraceptions, number of PUS in Kabupaten Jombang in 2013 reach 253.484. New user of KB implant are 2.591 users and user of active KB implant are 16.322 users. Based on preliminary study in Kedungbetik village, Kecamatan Kesamben, Kabupaten Jombang found that 6 of 10 acceptors of implant contraception get side effect of KB implant. The objective of this research to identify knowledge, attitude and behavior of mother about side effect of KB implant in Kedungbetik village, Kecamatan Kesamben, Kabupaten Jombang. Design used in this research is survet research with kind of research is descriptive. Population in this research are all mothers that have side effect of KB Implant in in Kedungbetik village, Kecamatan Kesamben, Kabupaten Jombang a number of 32 persons that taken by Total Sampling. Variable in this research is knowledge, attitude, and behavior of mother about side effect of KB Implant. Instrument used in this research is questionnaire, data management used are Editing, Coding, Scoring and Tabulating. Result of research shows that most of respondents have sufficient knowledge about side effect of KB implant a number of 23 respondents (71,875%), having negative are 20 respondents (62,5%) and negative are 17 respondents (53,125%). Conclusion of knowledge, attitude and behavior of mother about side effect of KB implant in Kedungbetik village, Kecamatan Kesamben, Kabupaten Jombang most of respondents have sufficient knowledge, negative attitude and negative behavior.
