Early mobilisation is very important and must be done by post partum mother ofter take rest for a while ofter labor. Motivation in doing early mobilisation is one of examine which must be done ofter give birth few a hour later. This research has aim for knowing the relation mother motivation with doing early mobilisation post partum in RSUD Ploso Kecamatan Ploso Kabupaten Jombang. The kind of the research this is analitic survey with research design cross sectional. The population are all of post partum mother in RSUD Ploso Kecamatan Ploso Kabupaten Jombang for about 34 responden. The sample numbers were 34 people with total sampling technique. The ndependent variabel in this reseacrh are mother motivation and dependent variabel in this research is doing early mobilisatiom post partum. this instrument is quesioner and observation. The data procesing by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, and data analize using Spearman Rank test.Based analize data result using Spearman Rank test with value  = 0,002 lower standart than significan = 0,05 or ( < ) it means there is a relation between mother motivation with doing early mobilisation post partum in RSUD Ploso Kecamatan Ploso Kabupaten Jombang. The conclusion from this research there is relation between mother motivation with doing early mobilisation post partum.
