Breastfeeding is one of the developmental tasks of post partum mothers. Breastfeeding early have a positive impact for both mother and baby. Breastfeeding (breast milk) for a baby plays an important role in supporting the growth, health and survival of infants, because breast milk is rich in nutrients and antibodies are of high value. As for the mother, breastfeeding can reduce morbidity and mortality due to breast feeding will stimulate uterine contractions, thereby reducing bleeding after childbirth (postpartum). This study aims to analyze the relationship with the family support maternal motivation to work in exclusive breastfeeding in posyandu merpati 1 RW 8 Jati district of Mayangan Probolinggo city.rnrnThis study used a cross sectional analytic design with a population of 70 people and a sample of 60 people is done by simple random sampling. Variable is the family support maternal motivation to work in exclusive breastfeeding while using the research instrument kuesioner.The data tested with SPSS version 16.0 statistical test Spearman's rho" α = 0.05. rnrnBased on the results of the study showed the majority of family support was enough support
